What data we collect

This website does not take payments directly and does not create customer accounts.
How we use your data
- To reply to your questions and messages
- To prepare and deliver orders, and to issue invoices for wholesale orders
- For after-sales follow-up and support

- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal data. If we want to send you promotional messages, we will ask for your permission first, and you can stop them at any time.
Cookies and Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: for example, which pages they view, what device they use, their approximate city or country, and whether they click the WhatsApp or Shopee buttons. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We do not use this data to identify you as a person.
The blog section of this website (WordPress) also uses a few essential cookies so the pages work properly.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The website works fully without Analytics cookies.
Who we share data with
Only as much as needed, with companies that provide services to us:
- Shopee, for retail orders
- Courier and delivery companies: the recipient’s name, address and phone number, to deliver the order
- Google (Analytics and Gmail), Meta (WhatsApp), Hostinger (website hosting) and our email provider
- Our accountant or professional advisers, as needed for accounting and legal work
- Authorities, when the law requires it
Some of these companies store data on servers outside Malaysia. We only use well-established service providers.
How long we keep data
We keep your data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. We keep order and invoice records for as long as Malaysian tax and accounting laws require.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data: the website uses HTTPS, and only the people who need it can access your data. No method on the internet is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect it.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can:
- ask to see the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct data that is wrong
- withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop sending you promotional messages
- ask us to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it
